Roast Breadfruit Take one breadfruit










Roast Breadfruit - removing the stalk Remove the stalk










Roast Breadfruit - cooking Breadfruit should ideally be roasted on an open fire.

If you do not have a fire to roast your breadfruit on, place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees fareinheit for about an hour (until the skin has turned brown)
