The Westmoreland Parish Church can be found on Great George Street and is also know as the St. George's Parish Church. Several churches have occupied this location over the years. The current church was constructed between 1903 and 1904. It is dedicated to St. George and (somewhat appropriately) the foundation stone was laid on St. Georges Day 1903 and the church was consecrated on St. Georges Day the following year.
