The Bar-B-Barn restaurant is one of the restaurants in the Bar-B-Barn hotel (the other one is Angela's Italian Restaurant) This restaurant is the more casual of the two, with outdoor tables next to the beach. The menu includes Jamaica dishes and international favourites such as burgers and chips. The Bar-B-Barn restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hot and cold breakfasts are served, including traditional Jamaican breakfasts such as ackee and saltfish and escoveitched fish. Guests staying at the Bar-B-Barn hotel can enjoy breakfasts for free, including coffee and juice.
