Marguerites Seafood by the Sea is Montego Bay's ultimate fine dining seafood restaurant. The restaurant offers high quality seafood, elegant surroundings and friendly service (along with high price tags)!

The cuisine at Marguerites is "creative Caribbean seafood", with the spotlight on fresh local seafood including red snapper, blue marlin, lobster, shrimp, calamari and scallop, cooked up using Caribbean and international styles. Marguerites specialises in flambé dishes with main courses and desserts served flambé style. Signature dishes include Tijuana Shrimp (flambéed in tequila and Grand Marnier), Shellfish Treasure Chest (including lobster, scallops, tiger shrimp and muscles), Cognac Lobster and Pimento Smoked Blue Marlin. Salads are well renowned at Marguerites, particularly the Caesar Salad which is prepared at the table. In addition to fish and seafood entrees, Marguerites also cooks up meat and vegetarian dishes including steak and pasta.

Marguerites has a range of elegant settings in which to savour your meal. On the seaside deck area you can overlook the beautiful turquoise Caribbean Sea in the romantic, breezy setting. There is also an air-conditioned indoor dining room with walls showcasing the work of local artists. Finally, for a secluded, romantic meal there is a "secret garden" which provides an intimate setting.

The restaurant bar is stocked with an impressive selection of wines from all over the world, exotic cocktails and Caribbean cigars. Marguerites offers a free shuttle service to and from your hotel.
