Bubbling Spring - St. Elizabeth, between Middle Quarters and Black River

Bubbling Spring is a mineral bath located close to Middle Quarters. Less famous than other mineral baths in Jamaica such as Milk River and Bath, Bubbling Spring is another one of St Elizabeth's secret gems.

The waters of Bubbling Spring are renowned for healing properties and are believed to provide relief from pain associated with ailments such as arthritis. Because of this the spring is sometimes called the "Healing Stream".

On the site of the Bubbling Spring there is also a go-kart track, restaurant, bar and craft shop.
