Norma's at the Marina is the creation of there of Jamaica's most critically acclaimed restaurateurs, Norma Shirley (Norma's on the Terrace in Kingston and Norma's on the Beach in Negril), Colin Hilton (Guilt Trip in Kingston) and Gary Ferguson (Ribcage in Kingston).

The restaurant follows the culinary style of the two other Norma's restaurants, specialising in Caribbean fusion cuisine. The menu features imaginative new dishes, created using local and international ingredients, famous dishes include grilled shrimp in Jamaican herbs and teriyaki sauce with a spicy mango salsa, Navy Island salad and grilled chicken with otaheite apple preserve. Fine wines and tropical cocktails are also available.

Norma's at the Marina is located at the eastern end of the Errol Flynn Marina (the end close to the lighthouse), by the beach. The restaurant consists of an open air bar next to an open air kitchen with tables overlooking the sea. Despite the beach-side location, the setting is formal and elegant.
