La Best Nightclub is the "new kid on the block" in Port Antonio, it opened in April 2006. The club is air conditioned, operates a no smoking policy and has a balcony overlooking the town.

The club plays a wide range of music. Friday nights are party nights with reggae, funk, soul, R&B and other styles of music. Saturday hosts special events such as guest DJs and live acts. Sunday nights are more laid back and generally attract an older crowd.
