The Blue Lagoon Villas are a row of luxury privately owned villas, located on the strip of land next to the famous Blue Lagoon (this road is sometimes known as "Blue Hole Strip"). The villas all look out to sea, opposite Princess Island and are a 2 minute walk / swim / kayak to the Blue Lagoon. The villas are built in a range of distinct Caribbean styles and range from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms. Each villa has a sundeck with steps reaching down to the sea, indoor and outdoor dining areas and is staffed by a butler, housekeeper and chef who can prepare meals to order in the villa.

Whilst the villas are known collectively as "Blue Lagoon Villas" they are all owned and operated independently.
