The Kabana restaurant on Hope Road is a pleasant surprise oasis of peace and tranquillity on Hope Road. The restaurant is akin to the garden of a top-range north-coast hotel with outdoor tables under thatched gazebos surrounded by trees, flowers and water features. At the centre of the dining area is a circular bar built around a large mango tree. Whilst dining at Kabana you can quite easily believe you are in a hotel in Negril or Montego Bay rather than in the middle of uptown Kingston, just a couple of hundred meters away from half way tree.

The menu at Kabana is predominantly traditional Jamaican staples such as stew peas, curried goat and jerk chicken.
