Portland Point Lighthouse - Southern tip of Clarendon Parish

At the south of Clarendon you will find Portland Point, the southernmost point in Jamaica.

The Portland Point lighthouse marks the spot, at 40 meters in height this is the highest point in Jamaica. The structure is made from steel and is of a square open framed design.

Near to the lighthouse is an area known as Portland Cottage which is frequently a victim of flooding.
