Some people have physical or mental disabilities which restrict their manual dexterity, making it difficult to use a mouse. If you are affected in this way, it is possible to navigate around the site using the "Tab" key on your keyboard.

Pressing the "Tab" key will scroll through all of the links on the screen, starting with the main body of the text, then top menu bar, the left menu bar and finally the right menu bar.

As you scroll through the links, the link you are currently viewing will appear on the bar at the bottom of your browser, as well as having a dotted line placed around it in the body of your browser. When you have highlighted the link you wish to follow, press "Enter" to activate it.

Why not try it now?
