The Beatles' 1970 classic "Let it Be", from the 1970 album, also titled "Let it Be" was Tessanne Chin's duet song choice for the final of The Voice on 16 December 2013. She sang this song alongside her coach Adam Levine. A customised arrangement of the song was performed, featuring a reggae-style break in the middle.

She also sang a reprise of Pink's "Try", which she first sang during her opening performance on the blind round, and Whitney Huston's "I have nothing" as a solo song.

These performances were strong enough to secure to win the competition as, during the results show on the following night, she was crowned winner of The Voice 2013.
