Tessanne sang this song on the final round of The Voice on 16 November 2013, after impressing the judges and the audience at home with solid renditions of "I Have Nothing", "Let It Be" and "Try".
The song featured the three finalists of the competition, Tessanne Chin, Will Champlin and Jacquie Lee. This was a non-competitive song, sung after all three contestants had each sung a reprise, solo and duet song for the competition.
I'll Be There was originally a hit for The Jackson 5 in 1970 and was famously covered by Mariah Carey as an "MTV unplugged" version in 1992.
