Roast Breadfruit recipe
Remove the stalk
Breadfruit should ideally be roasted on an open fire.
If you do not have a fire to roast your breadfruit on, place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees fareinheit for about an hour (until the skin has turned brown)
Cut slices from the breadfruit
Peel the skin and core away from the breadfruit slices
Serve with a breakfast dish such as ackee and saltfish
